Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm (1 hour for lunch)

What's a typical day as Processing Specialist? You'll be:

• Handling insurance documents to ensure accurate and timely homeowners property insurance coverage
• Identifying policy types and determining appropriate actions, such as processing PUD, townhome, flood, wind insurance documents
• Making timely premium payments from escrow accounts, ensuring continuous coverage for homeowners
• Managing multiple demands and competing priorities to meet strict deadlines and quality standards
• Communicating with insurance agents and carriers to verify information, update status, and fulfill requirements
• Escalating issues and providing status updates to support client and homeowner needs
• Building internal relationships and supporting teamwork to meet company goals

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED (required)
• Possess basic computer skills and at least one year of work experience (required)
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and adaptability to change (preferred)
• Have experience in banking, finance, or mortgage lending (preferred)
