Remote | Contract with Potential for Permanent Hire
Pay Rate: $25–$30/hour
Reports To: Technical Data Manager
Key Interfaces: R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Specifications & Documentation, Purchasing/Suppliers

Position Summary

The Product Vision Specialist plays a key role in managing and verifying technical data from R&D within the Product Vision system. This role involves validating formula properties, reviewing new chemicals, and ensuring complete and accurate data entry. The specialist will also support SAP data management across all sites, contributing to data integrity and process optimization.


Primary Responsibilities
  • Review experimental formulations for compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and complete integration of new business unit data into SAP.
  • Identify and manage critical process parameters throughout design, implementation, and documentation phases.
  • Provide technical support and direction to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision to resolve complex problems using project management best practices.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
  • Experience in the chemical industry strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of product formulation, particularly aerosol formulation and manufacturing, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ASD Product Vision is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and capable of maintaining organized records.
  • Experience with technical report writing is a plus.
