Location: Fort Lawn, SC
Pay Rate: $18.00
Schedule: Rotating Shift 2,2,3  6am - 6pm or 6pm to 6am 
Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

Job Summary:

Kelly® is partnering with a premier manufacturing facility in Fort Lawn, SC to hire motivated and dependable Production Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.

What You'll Do
  • Operate assigned packaging equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals.

  • Perform machine changeovers, basic setups, and routine in-process/final quality checks.

  • Complete production reporting and follow SOPs, GMPs, and sanitation standards (5S/housekeeping).

  • Monitor equipment, demonstrate situational awareness, and escalate issues promptly.

  • Interact with HMI controls; use job aids, checklists, and standard work.

  • Support cellar ops as directed (tank sanitation, sampling, blending); perform tank-washing/equipment sanitation.

  • Work truck stations for shipping/receiving per work orders/schedule.

  • Participate in continuous improvement and help train others on basics.

  • Support winery sustainability practices (conservation, energy efficiency, recycling).

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or state-issued equivalency, and 1+ year of beverage production or manufacturing experience.

  • Physically able to execute all job tasks; repetitively lift/uncase glass onto conveyor.

  • Willing/able to work assigned shift and overtimerespirator when required.

  • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spacesGMP policies.

  • Read, comprehend, and execute simple instructions; write simple correspondence.

  • Basic math (add/subtract/multiply/divide whole numbers).

  • Basic data entry in production/quality systems.

  • 18 years or older.
