This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with great pay, steady hours, and NO interview required—you can start right away!
Pay & Schedule-
$20.50/hour

Temp to Hire

B Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday
-
Paid Training: 1–2 weeks on A Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Immediate Start – No Interview Required!
What You'll DoYour day will be fast-paced and hands-on. You'll be:

Operating machinery to cut, roll, weld, or pleat filter materials
-
Assembling components using blueprints and written instructions
-
Performing quality checks and keeping production logs
-
Using hand tools and power equipment
-
Lifting, moving, and loading materials as needed
-
Enjoy physical, hands-on work
-
Have basic math and reading skills
-
Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
-
Are open to training in multiple departments
(Slitting, Cores, Pleating) -
Can wear required PPE and obtain steel or composite toe shoes after hire
