Production Associate I Location: Phoenix, AZ Role Summary: This position involves diverse and complex assignments in support of product development and manufacturing. Responsibilities include manufacturing, assembly, advanced testing, documenting results, packaging, and shipping products with limited supervision. Responsibilities:

  • Follow work procedures, schematics, and verbal instructions with limited supervision.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Perform manufacturing/assembly operations on multiple product lines.
  • Maintain daily production output.
  • Communicate and participate in improvements for EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) and Quality practices.
  • Participate in quality control inspections when required.
  • Collaborate with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
  • Support the development and prove-out of new products, methods, tools, and test equipment.
  • Perform equipment set-up and related first-piece inspection.
  • Conduct ongoing quality checks and record data.
  • Monitor machine and process variables, taking corrective actions as required.
  • Interface with electronic quality, production, and documentation systems.
  • Complete activities to deliver finished parts to specified quality levels.
  • Comply with all EHS and Quality procedures and policies.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or local equivalent.
  • Ability to learn packaging and small part assembly.
  • Proficient with computer programs like Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to understand and interpret written technical information.
  • Attention to detail and quality-minded work habits.
  • Ability to learn multiple product lines.
  • Effective communication skills in English (or local language).
  • Ability to handle small, delicate parts.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle tooling weighing 25 lbs. or less.
  • Comfortable using chemicals such as IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol), Acetone, and Epoxies.
  • Ability to use a microscope for job-related tasks.
  • Ability to perform detail-oriented work and complete projects on time.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift up to 35 lbs (floor to waist, waist to crown level, and horizontally).
  • Carry up to 35 lbs.
  • Perform simple grasping, firm grasping, fine manipulation, and neck rotation frequently.
  • Twist, push/pull, and reach at or above shoulder height occasionally.
  • Stooping, bending, squatting, and balancing rarely.
Shifts Available:
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm ($19.00/hr.)
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 pm-10:30 pm ($19.50/hr.)
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 pm-6:30 am ($20.00/hr.)
