Position Overview

Join our team as a Production Manual Assembler, where you'll play a vital role in assembling electronic components, wires, and cables according to blueprints and schematics. You'll use hand tools, perform quality checks, and help maintain a safe, organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly: Perform manual and machine-assisted assembly of electronic components, subassemblies, and wire harnesses.
• Reading Instructions: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production documents to ensure accurate assembly.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections and electrical testing to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Material Handling: Position and align parts; use hand trucks to transport materials and finished products.
• Maintenance: Clean and maintain work areas; perform basic equipment troubleshooting or preventive maintenance.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend English instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
• Experience in hand-assembling small parts; electronics assembly experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.

Other Requirements

• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as needed.
• 1st and 2nd shifts available
• M-F; 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
• M-F 3 p.m. - 11 p.m.

Ability to adhere to safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands.
