Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Pay: $16.00/hour

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Pay: $17.00/hour
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Operators to join our team at a manufacturing facility located in Sarasota, FL (34243). This is a full-time position with 12-hour shifts, providing consistent hours and competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities:-
Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

Monitor production processes to ensure quality and output standards are met

Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a 12-hour shift

Capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Willingness to work either day or night shift as needed
