Production Operator – Full-Time Temp-to-Hire | All Shifts | Lima, NY

Ready to launch your manufacturing career? Recent grads with some production experience are encouraged to apply!

Located about 15–20 minutes from Henrietta, Avon, and Honeoye Falls, our clean, organized facility is hiring motivated team members for production roles. No prior experience? No problem! We provide paid, hands-on training so you can learn the job right.

Shifts & Pay:

  • 1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM): $16.00/hr
  • 2nd Shift (Mon–Fri, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM): $17.60/hr
  • 3rd Shift (Sun–Thu, 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM): $18.40/hr
Note: 3rd shift training may occur during 1st or 2nd shift hours.

What You'll Do Each Day:
  • Feed and unload production machines, positioning and handling materials by hand
  • Operate assembly and lamination equipment safely and accurately
  • Assemble, label, and inspect products for quality, looking closely for flaws or defects
  • Record production and inspection data following company policies
  • Package finished products, ensuring packing specifications are met
  • Remove completed or defective items and place them in designated areas
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the facility
  • Work with your team to identify and suggest process improvements
  • Follow safety procedures and work instructions carefully

What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Reliable transportation (carpooling options welcome; facility not accessible by bus)
  • Willingness to stand, move, and use your hands throughout your shift
  • Ability to read and follow instructions in English
  • Dependability, good attendance, and a team-player attitude
