Location: Medway, MA 
 Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 p.m. – 1:30 a.m. 
 Pay Rate: $19.80/hour 
Training:

Initial training will take place on 1st shift (6:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) for approximately 4 weeks.

During training, the pay rate will be $18/hour.

After training, you'll transition to 2nd shift (3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.) at $19.80/hour.
 
About the Role
Join a precision-driven manufacturing team where quality, cleanliness, and attention to detail are key. As a Production Operator in our Materials Cleaning Department, you'll process stainless steel tubing through various cleaning and inspection stages that meet our industry's high standards. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who's comfortable working with tools, chemicals, and measuring equipment.
Key Responsibilities

Process stainless steel tubing through a series of cleaning baths and solutions.

Use water hoses, air lines, and drying systems to clean and prepare materials.

Move carts or tubing between production areas as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation of in-process materials and completed jobs.

Conduct in-process inspections to verify that all products meet quality standards.

Follow written work instructions, job routers, and safety procedures.

Handle and work with cleaning chemicals safely, following OSHA guidelines and PPE requirements.

Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as changing cleaning baths.

Support production goals by running multiple jobs when time allows.
 
Qualifications
Required:
-  
Previous manufacturing experience (not warehouse).
 
-  
Basic understanding of manufacturing cleaning processes.
 
-  
Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.).

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
 
Preferred:

Experience using a microscope for inspection.

Knowledge of OSHA chemical handling regulations.
