Description

Production Operator – Food Manufacturing
Location: Corona, CA
Shifts: Full-time (8–12 hours)
Pay: $21.50 + shift differential
Shifts:
1st –6am-2:30pm
2nd -2pm-10:30pm
3rd -10pm-6:30am

We are hiring Production Operators for a food and beverage manufacturing facility in Corona, CA. This is an entry-level role responsible for operating food packaging equipment. Candidates must have basic mechanical ability, the ability to follow instructions, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor food packaging equipment
  • Make basic adjustments to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Check product quality (weights, codes, packaging, etc.)
  • Perform simple troubleshooting and follow all SOPs
  • Prepare materials and equipment for product changeovers
  • Communicate any issues and provide shift updates to team and leadership
  • Follow all safety, GMP, and quality standards
  • Keep work areas clean and organized using 5S practices
  • Perform rework, bottle dumping, and other support tasks as needed
  • Report any safety incidents, concerns, or accidents promptly
Skills & Abilities
  • Willingness to learn and improve
  • Clear communication and strong teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and punctual
  • Able to work in environments with heat, humidity, and noise
  • Must follow all PPE/GMP requirements (hairnets, steel-toe shoes, no jewelry, etc.)
  • Basic English reading and writing skills
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication)
  • Adequate vision for production and quality tasks
  • Flexibility to fill in for other operators as needed
