Location: Canandaigua, NY
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Shift: B Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $18.57/hour

We're hiring motivated Production Packers to support a busy manufacturing facility in Canandaigua. In this role, you'll work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, packaging finished goods, checking for quality, and helping keep production moving efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Package products into boxes according to required configuration
• Inspect products for quality issues and report concerns to team leads
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies (boxes, tape, etc.)
• Assist with machine operation, basic adjustments, and troubleshooting as needed
• Support team goals by assisting coworkers and maintaining steady workflow
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Prepare goods for final shipment
• Physical Requirements
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and twisting
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically active environment

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Basic troubleshooting or equipment support experience is a plus
• Good verbal communication and teamwork skills
• Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings preferred
• Willingness to stay current with new tools and processes
