Ready, Set, Go! We are on the hunt for a dynamic Production Specialist to join a partnering client in Charleston, SC. If you have a knack for paint tinting and enjoy filling orders to keep the Supply Chain moving like a well-oiled machine, this could be the perfect match!


Job Details: 

8AM-5PM

Monday-Friday

Direct hire

Climate Controlled Warehouse

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute paint tinting and order filling with precision, maintaining smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
  • Operate and maintain equipment efficiently, with a focus on cleanliness and upkeep.
  • Report any quality issues and health or safety concerns promptly.
  • Navigate internal systems such as SAP effortlessly.
  • Uphold Lean Management and 5S principles.
  • Adapt to additional responsibilities to support company objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Software Experience: Proficiency in SAP is preferred, alongside Microsoft Office.
  • Attributes: Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude and manage tasks independently.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to frequently walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in environments with exposure to fumes and hazardous chemicals.
  • Capable of wearing a respirator and passing annual fit tests.
  • Endurance to stand for an 8-hour workday.
