Description

Our client is a leading domestic manufacturer of fluid management systems. They unite legendary brands—Dean, Fybroc, and Sethco—to deliver a comprehensive portfolio of industrial pumps. 

They are seeking a Production Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure the efficient production of fluid pumps that meet company quality standards, comply with safety regulations, and adhere to delivery schedules. This role involves managing a team of production associates, coordinating workflow, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.

Schedule: 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday
Pay Range: 70-85K, based on Experience
Location: Telford, PA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and lead a team of production operators/technicians; assign tasks and monitor progress.
  • Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and foster team development and cross-training.
  • Oversee maintenance of facilities and equipment; ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations.
  • Maintain product quality standards and address issues with Quality Control.
  • Drive process improvements for efficiency, waste reduction, and workflow optimization.
  • Manage inventory levels; coordinate with procurement and maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain production records, prepare reports, and track KPIs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years in manufacturing (preferably fluid pumps/mechanical components); 3+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of safety/quality standards, manufacturing processes, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
