This is a direct hire Production Supervisor position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Position Information:
• Supervise daily production operations to ensure targets are achieved efficiently within the assigned area and shift.
• Promote and maintain a culture focused on employee safety and ongoing improvement in work practices.
• Guide and support production team members to enhance performance and encourage growth.
• Motivate employees to reach departmental goals by reducing operational risks and minimizing costs.
• Allocate and utilize resources to resolve production challenges and improve key performance indicators.
• Administer company guidelines consistently and effectively across the team.
• Organize training and developmental opportunities to build a versatile and capable workforce.
• Demonstrate professionalism and ethical behavior in all workplace interactions with colleagues, clients, and partners.
Required Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or comparable mix of education and relevant work experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing setting required.
• Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, including comfort with public speaking.
• Experienced with MS Office suite, and familiar with ERP systems
