Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours + OT - 6 days per week
$19.50/hour + Shift Differentials
2nd shift: $20.50/hour
3rd shift: $20.25/hour
Candidates should be flexible and available for all shifts. They will be assigned a shift/role after training and as needed.
• 1st Shift: 6:00a - 2:30p (or possibly 12 hour shifts - 6:00am - 6:00pm)
• 2nd shift: Varies - Could start at 11:00am or 2:30pm.
• 3rd shift: 10:00p-6:30a - Varies

What's a typical day as a Production Technician? You'll be:
• Supporting pack season and box wash operations while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Engaging in repetitive lifting (up to 60 lbs) and operating machinery as needed.
• Identifying seed varieties based on size or color and performing housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean work environment.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Are able to speak and read English fluently and can follow directions effectively.
• Have the physical capability to perform job duties, including walking, standing, climbing stairs, and working in elevated areas.
• Are flexible with shift assignments and available for weekend shifts and overtime as needed.
