Production Worker 

Job Summary: Kelly Services is seeking a dynamic team as a Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. This position involves working in both the finishing and extrusion departments, ensuring that our production runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for trimming finished parts, drilling holes, packaging, and loading raw products onto processing pans.

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Company: Arc Rubber
- Location: Geneva
- Pay Rate: $16/hour Based on experience (up to $20/hour for high-level experience)
- Shift: 7am-3:30pm

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Trim finished parts and drill holes as required in the finishing department.
- Package finished products for shipment.
- Load raw products onto processing pans in the extrusion department.
- Move full pans to processing racks, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
