Kelly Services is seeking a motivated and professional Program Manager for a part-time (20 hours) opportunity in the University Circle area.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Center programs with focus on quality, participant satisfaction, and budget adherence.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for CFB members, sponsors, and program guests—answering inquiries, managing registrations, preparing invoices, and developing positive relationships.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of programs and forums, including scheduling, logistics, catering, materials, and technology support.
  • Support marketing efforts for each program including maintaining web content and developing marketing strategies.
  • Record, organize, and reconcile revenue and expenses; assist with budget reports and cost management.
  • Occasionally supervise student workers and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; additional education preferred.
  • Experience with Canva or Mailchimp is a plus, or the ability to quickly learn new graphic design tools due to strong technical aptitude.
  • 5+ years of related experience in program management, event planning, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain professionalism.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders and maintaining confidentiality.
