Title: Program Risk Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months +
Pay Rate: $35.00 - $47.00/hour (Depending upon experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provides support for the Project Delivery team and operational initiatives.
  • Facilitate and participate in process and project risk assessments.
  • Manage routing and approval of risk assessments
  • Maintains a project delivery integrated program risk register.
  • Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards to deter risks.
  • Assists project leaders in defining, planning, and executing CSL enterprise risk registers.
  • Manage reporting to quality and enterprise risk registers

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma. Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Minimum of 1-year related experience preferably in health care or plasma collection environment
  • Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in risk assessments, risk documentation, and risk reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Visio preferred)
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Establish solid working relationships to interface with and support senior management, third parties and other positions and circumstances within the organization
  • Learn new processes and quickly engage in assignments to drive for action
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work without direct oversight, which includes completing projects, providing feedback, being accountable for actions and results
  • Organizational skills and attention to details to handle multiple tasks, short deadlines, frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities in support of changing company objectives
  • Effective verbal, written communication, and presentation skills

  • Monday – Friday / Remote position / Candidates must be willing to work EST business hours
