Project Associate/Grants Coordinator for Immunology Group

Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday onsite in Horsham, PA
Will be splitting time between the Grants and Clinical Operations/Program Management team.

Grants Duties:

  • Process Totality Requests for Grants once fully executed LOA is completed
  • Ensure supplier has an active supplier profile in Aravo and has registered for ACH electronic payment
  • Process Check Requests in Ariba/Emarketplace procurement system
  • Update Budget Tracking excel spreadsheet
  • Assist with CME newsletter and build slides when necessary
  • Work on outcome reports as grant system allows
  • Complete other tasks as assigned

Program Management and Clinical Operations Duties:
  • Prepare, review, input and oversee consultancy contract requests including performing fair market value assessments as well as provide timely updates to project owners
  • Creation of timelines for projected department requests
  • Project metric tracking (e.g. Steering Committee, Ad Boards, etc.)
  • Creation of PowerPoint decks as requested by Program Managers and Clinical Project Scientists
  • Cross functional meeting attendance and the identification of process efficiencies
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 3 years of professional experience preferred
  • Pharmaceutical industry or healthcare related experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams
  • Must demonstrate innovative spirit, problem solving skills, have strong interpersonal skills, and ability to accomplish substantial tasks with minimal supervision
  • Previous working knowledge in the following systems preferred: ARAVO, EMC, EMP (EMarketplace), Ariba (Legacy), Totality, Lynx, Accounts Payable Systems, Ask GS
