Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology, and Telecom a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, is currently seeking a Project & Change Management Lead for a long-term Hybrid contract at one of our Global Medical clients in New Brunswick, NJ.  Our Client is well known today, as the world's largest and most broadly-based healthcare company. As the Transportation Project & Change Management Lead, you will report to the Global Transportation Technology and Sr Manager.  You will lead the deployment of digital infrastructure capabilities in Transportation through effective project and change management and will have the following responsibilities: 

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
o    Define project goals and objectives.
o    Develop project plans and schedules, and track milestones.
o    Identify risks and manage resources to achieve project goals.
o    Communicate progress to stakeholders and facilitate team meetings.
Change Management:
o    Conduct change impact assessments and develop change management plans.
o    Define change objectives and success criteria and establish communication strategies.
o    Evaluate risks and guide the team through required milestones.
Workstream Coordination:
o    Collaborate with the project leadership team on schedule and risk management to ensure timely delivery.
Partnership Engagement:
o    Create and maintain project plans and schedules in collaboration with external 3PL and 4PL partners.
Communication:
o    Ensure effective communication regarding project schedules, risk management, and updates with key customers and partners.
Qualifications
•    A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required; MBA or Master's Degree is preferred
•    A minimum of 4-6 years overall business experience is required, with a focus in Transportation, E2E Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, and Information Technology are required.
•    Strong project management experience is required. 
•    Proven success working in a complex, highly matrixed, global organization with rapidly changing priorities and tight timelines is required   
•    Knowledge of the transportation industry and freight forwarding network
•    Experience managing projects and system rollouts
•    TMS (Transportation Management System), XPS, JIRA, API solutions and/or related technology experience
