This opening is for a contract-to-hire (temp-to-permanent, ~6-8 month conversion) position. Summary: Seeking a Project Manager with data reporting experience
Compensation: $35 - $45 per hour (based on experience)
Location: St. Louis, MO
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Onsite)
Position Overview:
The Project Manager will manage projects, review data, and report to external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure project delivery on time and within scope.
- Help define project objectives and ensure feasibility with lab workflows.
- Create and track project plans, monitoring progress and sharing updates with stakeholders.
- Assist in managing project changes, budgets, and schedules.
- Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review project reports and data files for external sharing.
- Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and support data integrity reviews for clinical studies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences or related field.
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a CRO or regulated study environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and MS Office tools.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of GCP/GLP/CLIA environments and experience with LIMS or data manipulation tools like R/Tableau.
- Familiarity with online data transfer solutions (e.g., FTP).
