What's a typical day as Project Manager, Principal? You'll be:
• Leading new projects and programs, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives, while mentoring other project managers in best practices.
• Directing cross-functional teams in a matrix-ed organizational structure to achieve project goals and deliver results.
• Coaching and training team members on project management methodologies and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in leading large, complex initiatives, or possess 11 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Have a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and effectively collaborating with diverse business stakeholders.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing projects using both Waterfall and Agile frameworks, along with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
