Are you a dynamic, results-driven Project Manager with electrical industry expertise seeking a high-impact role in a rapidly expanding company? As we grow alongside the booming data center sector, we're looking for a leader to manage complex electrical projects from order to shipment—facilitating handoff meetings, collaborating with customers and engineering teams, and driving projects to timely completion.

What You'll Do:

  • Take full ownership of post-purchase order activities, empowering sales productivity and seamless project delivery
  • Manage entire projects from initial order through shipment, ensuring successful outcomes and timely completion
  • Facilitate handoff meetings and foster strong interaction between customers, engineering, and cross-functional teams
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, product divisions, channel partners, and customers—ensuring clear communication and strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project schedules with all stakeholders
  • Oversee technical execution at the component, assembly, and system level for electrical projects
  • Build and communicate project financial baselines, utilizing change logs to optimize outcomes through proactive management
  • Lead factory witness testing, resolve punch list items, and ensure successful project closeout
Compensation & Growth:
  • Salary range of $125,000–$140,000, plus a generous 20% bonus structure
  • Comprehensive benefits and a clear path for career advancement
  • PMP certification is not required for this role; we offer support if you wish to obtain it
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the electrical industry and project management
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
  • Hands-on experience with Engineered Power Products
  • 6+ years in electrical project management
