Prototype Coordinator
Job Description:
Ready to Build - Process / Sign off Leader will assume a leadership role within the build community, and be responsible for the following:
- Meeting Support
- Support daily Assessment Meeting
- Support daily PCN Meeting
- Lead daily Pre-Delivery Signoff Meeting
- Support Shortage and Red Border Meeting
- Lead daily Hard Rocks Meeting
- Establish Vehicle Signoff
- Created Vehicles Signoff Process approved by NML, PD and VO
- Created Vehicle Check-in Process approved by NML, PD and VO
- Drive resolution of vehicle signoff post-build
- Manage Prep Pack process to insure all vehicles are on-time to customer
- Establish and document Signoff process
- Meet with PMT Leaders to review Signoff expectations and create Signoff template
- Meet with Electrical, Powertrain and Chassis teams to determine Flashing strategy
- Daily Signoff meeting to determine vehicles ready for signoff
- Schedule vehicles for signoff
- Follow-up with program teams to accomplish 100% signoff
- Ensure timely delivery to Vehicle Control
- Assist Ready to Test
- Work up front to assist in resolving Suspense and Red Border issues
Work Schedule: 1st shift - 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Full time/40 hours per week
$29/hr.
