We're seeking for a QA Training Supervisor to work with one of out top pharmaceutical industry clients at Gurabo, PR. (Opportunity with Benefits) 
Requirements:

  • B.S. in Natural Science or related completed is required. Other academic backgrounds will be considered by experience. 
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar position and 4 years of experience in training related positions at pharmaceutical industry or related  with knowledge of cGMPs and compliance aspects. 
  • Experience supervising training and quality compliance personnel (5 or more employees)
  • Experience on training and curricula development.  
  • Knowledge of development of new trainings.
  • Computer, Software skills and Technical writing skills.
  • Good communications skills, both written and oral.  Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Administrative Shift, M-F. Available other shift when required.

The  QA Training Supervisor will be responsible for assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives. Attend meetings or seminars to obtain information for use in training programs or to inform management of training program status. Coordinate recruitment and placement of training program participants. Design, plan, organize and direct orientation and training for employees or customers of industrial or commercial establishment. Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen. Devise programs to develop executive potential among employees in lower-level positions. Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, or handouts. Keep up with developments in area of expertise by reading current journals, books, or magazine articles.
