Pay rate and Shift
l Job Duration: 6+ Month
l Shift: 1st Shift (Mon to Fri)

Job Summary:
Under the supervision of Local QMS managers support implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) in their area of responsibility in accordance with the Business Unit's QMS, applicable standards and internal regulations. Support to Organizes and conducts internal audits and support certifications audits. Responsible for creating and/or updating QMS documents with its acceptance criteria and providing relevant training and instructions to the teams within their area of responsibility about the processes. Participate in Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
People and Strategy:
Implements and ensures adherence to applicable QMS within their area of responsibility. When applicable manages and mentors the quality professionals under their responsibility. Provides leadership and technical expertise about Quality Management System solutions to the teams in his area of responsibility. Ensures all necessary trainings for QMS are available at the appropriate tools or platforms and the organization is aware and trained.

Quality Management System:
Ensures the business process mapping (BPM) is available, released and showing the UpToDate process landscape of their scope in appropriate tool (e.g. Adonis). Ensures the document management system (DMS) holds all relevant QMS related documents as official, controlled documents. Ensures all the documents were updated and maintained in the appropriate tools.

Compliance and Audits:
Prepares and assists regular internal audits with all business relevant functions/departments and processes. Preferably use the GQSA (global quality self-assessment) approach and In telex tool to document internal audits. Prepares and assists external ISO 9001 audits with external certification bodies that are approved by Hitachi Energy. Ensures Business Unit's QMS strategy is deployed at the local units in the scope. Identifies and brings up any gaps between local QMS and BU global Quality strategy, local regulations, local strategy, or customers.

TOP 3 MUST HAVES:
1: NEED Experience as an Internal Auditor on ISO 9001 Standard, Production Quality, Documents control, Calibration

Qualifications and Experience:
13 years of experience in a similar role.
Minimum Technical Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Quality field.
