Now Hiring: Quality Assurance Associates – 1st & 2nd Shifts (Printing Industry)
Location: Gates, NY (Easily commutable from the Rochester area)
Pay: $17.00 – $18.00/hour (Based on shift & Experience)
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Join a leading printing company where your eye for detail helps deliver excellence. We're seeking Quality Assurance Associates for both shifts to inspect printed materials and ensure they meet our high standards before shipment.
What You'll Do:
- Inspect printed materials for quality issues such as color accuracy, alignment, and print defects.
- Monitor production runs to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
- Report and help resolve any quality concerns identified during inspection.
- Conduct routine checks on materials and products throughout the production process.
- Work closely with the production team to address issues that affect quality.
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections and quality checks.
- Follow all safety guidelines and help keep the workspace clean and organized.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot print defects.
- Previous quality control or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Effective communication skills and team collaboration.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays during busy seasons.
