Position Title: QA Document Control
Location: Gaithersburg, MD (On-site)
Assignment Duration: 9 months
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hourly Pay Rate: $24/hr
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Quality Assurance Document Control (QADC) team for a 9-month temporary assignment. This role is critical in addressing a significant backlog and supporting the continued organization of the Document Archival Room and associated processes. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong focus on quality and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:-
Maintain and organize file storage for large volumes of documents, including filing, scanning, and archival

Assist in the coordination and execution of document archive management processes

Communicate effectively with internal departments to understand and fulfill documentation requirements

Enter document-related data into applicable tracking logs and ensure they are current and accurate

Support team projects by contributing to daily operations and collaborating with team members and leadership

Learn and follow established SOPs and quality standards to ensure compliance and data integrity

High School Diploma

0–2 years of experience in a document management or administrative support role

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Windows-based software

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

Ability to learn and adapt to shifting priorities (Flexibility)

Demonstrates a basic understanding of teamwork and begins to build strong working relationships
