Location: Franklin, NH
Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $20 and above, based on expereince
Schedule: 1st Shift: 7:00am-3:00pm, Monday thru Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform testing functions on aluminum extrusion samples to ensure conformance to applicable specifications.
- Assist the extrusion crews in running quality material, spending substantial time on the press crew to diagnose and resolve issues as needed.
- Play an active role in maintaining the facility's certification under ISO 9001:2008, including maintaining and updating QMS documentation.
- Utilize tool calibration software and assist in performing routine measuring tool calibration and checks.
- Conduct Statistical Process Control (SPC) data entry and analysis based on data collected by production crews.
- Design and issue necessary data collection charts as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager (QAM).
- Conduct detailed inspections to support strategic customer base orders.
- Complete miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- One to three years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a quality role, or related educational experience.
- Ability to use tool calibration software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Proficient with measuring tools, including micrometers, verniers, and calipers.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong math skills.
