• Pay $27-28 per hour, based on experience 

Job details: 

• Deliver hands-on quality support to Manufacturing, Materials, Product Engineering, and Sales teams.
• Prepare, implement, and sustain process, product, and equipment performance improvements.
• Provide Incoming Inspection and/or QC Final Test support during periods of increased product demand.
• Interpret manufacturing drawings and understand product specifications.
• Apply detailed problem-solving skills to thoroughly analyze manufacturing issues, identify root causes, and propose practical corrective actions.
• Compile findings and document solutions, ensuring clarity and logical communication.
• Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to set goals, plan tasks, and achieve objectives.
• Acquire and apply new information quickly using appropriate learning strategies.
• Participate in documentation creation, non-conformance data collection, and quality trend analysis for defect-reduction programs.
• Extract and analyze trend information from quality data systems and through collaboration with team members
• Guide and train personnel to ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and continuous improvement goals.
• Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with current policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development and use of statistical process control.

Desirable Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Quality or Manufacturing-related role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Quality Control standards, problem-solving tools, and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (or equivalent).
• Understanding of statistical process control (SPC) software and application.
