Now Hiring: Quality Control Inspector – 1st Shift (100% Visual Inspection)
Location: Rochester, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00/hr (Based on experience)

About the Role:
We're seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform 100% part inspections in a fast-paced production environment. This role is essential to ensuring only defect-free products are shipped to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Visually inspect and sort machined parts for defects
• Maintain accurate audit logs and inspection records
• Follow daily shipment quantity targets and inspection priorities
• Notify supervisors of quality issues or quantity concerns
• Properly identify, tag, and organize inspected products
• Support team efforts to meet production and shipping goals
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Stop and report any non-conforming product when identified

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Familiarity with basic measuring tools such as calipers/Micrometers
• Ability to sit and handle small parts for extended periods
• Organized, dependable, and safety-focused
