Schedule: Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Job responsibilities:
• Review and verify documentation related to the release of finished goods
• Ensure products meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Check batch records, test results, and related paperwork for accuracy
• Collaborate with quality and production teams to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate documentation and support traceability processes
• Communicate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth release of goods
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree or technical certification in quality management is a plus
• At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance or document control in a manufacturing setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and applicable regulatory standards preferred
• Experience with Axapta (MRP system) is a plus
