Job Description
• Responsible for conducting technical quality assurance inspections and using results to improve production processes and standards.
•Audits batch records to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
• Ensures batch records are complete and accurate, with all NC's dispositioned prior to release.
• Identifies, records and reports on batch non- conformances and product holds.
• Stores and maintains batch files either physically or electronically based on established guidelines.
• Applies principles of Good Documentation Practices.
• Executes assigned NR actions within the applicable software application.
• Provides metrics and updates on executions.
• Maintains training records up-to-date.
• Perform document change management as required per local procedures.
• Use of computer-based applications to manage:
o Inventories,
o Batch records
o Down time
o Communication
o Inventory equipment
Requirements
o High School diploma or equivalent
o Requires 0-2 Years Work Experience.
o Quality-oriented mindset
o Flexibility
o Team environment; collaboration
o Service Oriented
o Excellent written, oral communication, organization and computer skills required.
o Preferred Qualifications:
o Medical Device experience preferred.
