Now Hiring: Quality Inspector – Aerospace & Precision Manufacturing

Are you a detail-driven individual with a passion for precision? Join a trusted manufacturer in Clifton Springs, NY known for producing high-quality aerospace and mechanical components. This is your opportunity to grow in a long-term, temp-to-hire role with strong potential for advancement.

Pay & Schedule:
Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hr based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (A Shift)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Inspect a variety of metal and electro-mechanical components to verify conformance with specifications
  • Utilize hand tools and inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, optical comparators, and microscopes
  • Read blueprints and technical drawings to conduct thorough incoming, in-process, and final inspections
  • Record accurate measurements, track non-conformances, and update inspection logs in quality databases
  • Support shipping documentation, traceability, and quality reporting using ERP software (such as Syteline)
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve issues and ensure customer expectations are met

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
  • Prior experience in manufacturing quality inspection (3+ years preferred)
  • Familiarity with GD&T, blueprint reading, and precision measurement tools
  • Comfort with quality documentation and ERP/production tracking systems
  • A solid understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control)
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods
