Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Experience & Education Requirements
We're seeking a detail-oriented, quality-driven professional to join our manufacturing team in Lima, NY. If you have a strong background in production environments and a passion for continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to make an impact!
Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (verification required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to identify and develop process improvements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with ERP systems (QAD a plus)
• Strong data collection, analysis, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Duties & Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will help maintain and improve the integrity of our products and processes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing QA policies and procedures
• Conduct routine product inspections and quality tests
• Identify and resolve workflow or production issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Communicate findings and corrective actions to leadership
• Maintain documentation and create audit reports
• Recommend continuous improvement initiatives

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Regular exposure to high noise levels, moving machinery, and dusty conditions
• Must be able to spend up to 90% of the day on the production floor
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs
• Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required
