Salary: Up to $65K depending on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm 
Term: Temp to hire

What's a typical day as a Quality Supervisor? You'll be:
• Monitoring safety on a daily basis and educating employees to improve safety knowledge and culture
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standard and customer specifications
• Managing the Quality Assurance personnel and promoting a positive Quality culture
• Supervising inspection and testing activities in the QA lab
• Assisting in the disposition of nonconforming product
• Participating in the Corrective and Preventive Action Process
• Assisting other department managers in achieving their quality objectives
• Advising upper management of significant quality issues or developments
• Making decisions on quality issues and discrepancies at the plant level
• Supervising the training and development of quality technicians

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Have 5 plus years of experience in a Quality Engineering/Technician discipline and supervisory position
• Are proficient in CAD, Microsoft Office, and SPC based software
• Have ISO 9001 auditor training
• Have advanced GD & T training and blueprint reading skills
• Have experience with PPAP submissions and manufacturing processes such as stamping, laser, CNC punch, press brake, and welding
• Have good communication skills and the ability to multi-task
• Are proficient in ISO 9001 QMS maintenance
