Description

Kelly's customer, located in Oshawa, ON, is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist, where you are the first point of contact for guests, office tenants, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. You'll oversee the daily operations of the reception area, keep the office and kitchen tidy, and provide exceptional customer service by assisting with various requests. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guest & Tenant Services: Greet and assist guests and tenants with inquiries, Wi-Fi access, package deliveries, meeting room bookings, and directions.
  • Office & Facilities Management: Ensure the reception area, office, and kitchen remain tidy. Load and run the dishwasher at the end of the day. Arrive a few minutes early to check for any missed cleaning tasks.
  • Customer Support: Handle incoming calls, support tenants with printing, invoicing, and climate control requests, and log service tickets as needed.
  • Event Coordination: Assist the Community Manager in organizing networking events, including creating e-invites, printing materials, and setting up the event space.
  • Administrative Duties: Ensure services are properly charged for accurate invoicing. Sort and distribute mail, and keep track of important deliveries.
  • Sales & Engagement: Share information about the center's amenities with potential tenants and encourage community participation..
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong Communicator: Ability to build professional relationships and provide outstanding service.
  • Customer Service Experience: 1+ years in a customer-facing role (reception, hospitality, or administrative support preferred).
  • Problem Solver: Proactive in handling requests and finding solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
  • Adaptable & Positive: Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
