Description
We are hiring a Recruiter to support a well-known boutique grocery store in Bellevue, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with high volume recruitment experience, especially within a retail/grocery setting. This position is temporary with potential for extension/conversion to a full-time, permanent role.
Location: Bellevue, WA (onsite)
Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour
Duration: ASAP- March, with strong potential for extension
Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm
Job Duties
- Responsible for sourcing, screening and placing candidates in temporary positions.
- Qualify talent for short-term needs such as seasonal workload surges, special projects, and covering absences.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates skills, experience and suitability for temporary roles.
- Collaborate closely with Supermarket staff to understand needs, including job requirements and desired skill sets
- Develop and post engaging job descriptions on relevant platforms
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and job expectations
- Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations related to temporary staffing.
To be a good fit for this position:

- Time management skills
- Bilingual: Mandarin, Cantonese or Spanish
