Kelly Services is working with a leading distributing company and seeking an experienced part-time, temporary Recruiter in North Tonawanda NY. This position is 25-hrs/week, flexible working schedule, and Pay Rate: $20 – 25/HR (DOE).

Location: North Tonawanda * Remote work will be considered upon Manager's approval
Hours: Part-Time up to 25-hours/week
Schedule: Flexible hours, must be available Monday – Friday
Job Duties “At-a-Glance”:
- Screening, vetting resumes, interview scheduling, candidate follow up
- Work schedule will fluctuate on a weekly basis, between 10-25 hours/week
- Post open positions to career boards and company job site
- Organize candidate resumes, searches, notes in ATS system
- Document and report using a HRIS platform, ADP Workforce Now
- Manage recruiting activities using ADP and maintaining records and data
Job Requirements and Preferences:
- HS diploma or GED, AS degree is preferred
- 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience is a plus
