Location: North Tonawanda * Remote work will be considered upon Manager's approval

Hours: Part-Time up to 25-hours/week

Schedule: Flexible hours, must be available Monday – Friday

Job Duties “At-a-Glance”: 

• Screening, vetting resumes, interview scheduling, candidate follow up
• Work schedule will fluctuate on a weekly basis, between 10-25 hours/week
• Post open positions to career boards and company job site
• Organize candidate resumes, searches, notes in ATS system
• Document and report using a HRIS platform, ADP Workforce Now
• Manage recruiting activities using ADP and maintaining records and data

Job Requirements and Preferences: 

• HS diploma or GED, AS degree is preferred
• 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience
• Manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience is a plus
