Starting at $36.67 depending on specialty

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver competent, evidence-based nursing care to assigned patients and oversee licensed vocational nurses/nursing assistants.
  • Actively participate in unit/program-level quality improvement processes and initiatives.
  • Support customer service programs and demonstrate leadership in improving holistic care through collaborative strategies.
  • Evaluate practices using best evidence and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Foster a safe and supportive environment conducive to professional development.
  • Contribute nursing perspectives to interdisciplinary team discussions and partner with others to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Share knowledge and educational findings with colleagues, promoting a culture of evidence-based practice.
  • Embrace activities and strategies to sustain evidence-based practices.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • RNs with approximately 2 years of experience in the field.
  • Ability to adapt to various roles.
  • Strong commitment to professional growth and collaborative care.
