As a SCW Analyst for John Deere A&CS Part Services located in Milan, IL you will work in collaboration with your customers and teammates, directly support the advancement of the Smart Connected Warehouse (SCW) initiative at John Deere –driving transformational change to Warehouse Management solutions and processes via new and advanced system capabilities.
• Provide production support for facilities with modern solutions deployed including deploying new capabilities as they are developed
• Create training documentation for warehouse office and floor staff. Perform end-user training and directly support implementations
What Skills You Need (Required skills/experiences)
• 1+ year's experience working within Operations and/or Engineering function
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
What Makes You Stand Out (Desired skills/experiences)
- Having a data background would be beneficial for these positions
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Python
- 2+ years of experience working in warehouse or other operation
- 2+ years of experience working in an engineering role in support or operations
- Experience Training personnel (processes, best practices)
- Experience supporting operations in the use of technical tools or IT systems
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
• Degree in Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
• Degree in Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
These position will be 100% onsite to start, and will transition to 4 days onsite/1 remote weekly after training period is over.
