Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate I to join our dynamic laboratory team. This is a hands-on bench role ideal for recent graduates or early-career scientists looking to deepen their expertise in translational research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute experiments in cell biology, immunology, and molecular biology
  • Maintain and engineer human immune cells (T and NK cells)
  • Perform assays including RT-PCR, ELISA, flow cytometry, and Western blotting
  • Isolate RNA/DNA and conduct molecular analyses
  • Maintain detailed records using an Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN)
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including biosafety cabinets, CO? incubators, and PCR machines
  • Present data and contribute to publications, grants, and patent applications
  • Ensure lab safety and compliance with institutional and regulatory standards

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related field (Master's/Ph.D. a plus)
  • 1+ year of lab experience preferred (academic or industry)
  • Proficiency in cell culture, RT-PCR, and immunoassays required
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience with flow cytometry and Western blotting is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and eager to work in a collaborative startup environment
