Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM

About Kelly Services Customer:
Kelly Services Customer is seeking a friendly, responsible, and self-motivated individual to join our Maui parts store location as a Parts Counter Sales Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with HVAC parts inquiries and sales.
• Identify and locate the correct air conditioning parts based on customer needs, parts numbers, or system specifications.
• Process sales transactions using POS systems and handle returns or exchanges according to the company policies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory counts.
• Provide product information, availability, and pricing to customers.
• Build strong relationships with repeat customers, including contractors and service technicians.
• Stay current with industry trends, new product lines, and technical knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter and showroom area.
• Assist with special orders and sourcing HVAC components.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Organized and able to multi-task effectively.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Solutions-oriented and good with conflict resolution.
• Strong interpersonal skills, technical knowledge, and punctuality.
• Forklift operational skills are preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
