What's a typical day as a Safety Coordinator? You'll be:
• Coaching and motivating associates to prioritize safety.
• Supporting business plan goals and monitoring tasks to ensure goals are achieved.
• Ensuring consistent and professional communication with all levels of management, associates, customers, and local jurisdictions.
• Assisting in safety incident classification, investigation methodologies, root cause analyses, and corrective action development.
• Coordinating and conducting safety trainings.
• Traveling to local and national facilities to perform safety audits and inspections.
• Overseeing the completion of OSHA logs and surveys.
• Assisting with safety projects and inquiries from other departments and local jurisdictions.
