Position Overview:
Kickstart your career in sales with an incredible opportunity in the roofing industry. We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals looking to start a rewarding sales career with competitive compensation, hands-on training, and robust benefits.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Signing Bonus: $1,250 - $2,500 depending on experience
  • Employment Type: W-2
  • Base Salary + Percentage Earnings: $500 - $750 per week based on experience; not a draw

Commission Structure:

  • $5 per close regardless of lead source
  • Self-Generated Leads: 12% of sale
  • Company-Provided Leads: 10% of sale
  • Full Earnings Option: Available if preferred

Perks & Additional Information:

  • Company-Provided Weekly Appointments
  • Gas Card/Car Allowance: $400 per month
  • Company Car Eligibility: A vehicle is provided upon achieving $500,000 in sales
  • Training: Paid, hands-on training with industry experts
  • Draw Against Future Earnings: Optional, discussed upon hire
  • Paid Time Off (PTO):
  • Year 1: 7 days
  • Year 2: 14 days
  • Sick Days: 3 per year
