Kelly Services is partnering with a premier hotel currently undergoing an exciting transformation! Under new ownership and in the midst of a bold rebranding and renovation, we're looking for a passionate, results-driven Direct Hire Sales Manager to lead the way during this dynamic phase of growth.
Position: Sales Manager - Direct Hire
Location: Ontario, CA 91764
Salary: up to $75,000
Schedule: The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Schedules must accommodate fluctuating business demands.

- Respond to sales inquiries and craft custom proposals for group bookings, meeting spaces, and F&B services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue and targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand our customer base through proactive outreach.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and adjust strategy to stay ahead of the curve.
- Negotiate contracts, finalize deals, and analyze business opportunities and lost business reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to support marketing, product launches, and service excellence.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role in hospitality sales.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, including account management, business development, and outside sales.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving KPIs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- A degree in hospitality, business, or marketing is preferred but not required.
- Adaptability to a fast-changing environment and ability to thrive during transition and growth.
