Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager for a leading scientific testing company serving the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans (1, 3, 5-year outlooks)

Lead customer service operations, ensuring compliance with ISO, lab regulations, and quality standards

Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining key client relationships

Analyze customer data to guide segmentation and targeted marketing efforts
-
Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, brand promotion, and digital strategy
-
Deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership on sales metrics, ROI, and market trends

Supervise and mentor the Customer Service team, including performance management and talent development
Qualifications:

Bachelor's in a scientific field or MBA in Marketing/Business

Minimum 2 years in sales, project management, or contract analytical testing services

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically
