Job Title: Sales Representative - Restaurant Shift Manager
Location: Orange, TX
Pay: $15 per hour
Hours: M-F 8am - 4pm CST

As a key leader during assigned shifts, you will ensure smooth operations, inspire your team, and deliver exceptional experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts to ensure efficiency and high-quality service
• Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to meet company standards
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive guest experience
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Assist with cash management, including handling cash drawers and end-of-shift reconciliations
• Support management in implementing company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
