Sales Support Associate / Warehouse Administrative and Customer Service Specialist
- Location: Watford City, ND (100% On-Site)
- Pay: $18–$22 per hour
- Duration: Contract to hire
- Hours: Monday - Friday 8a -5p
About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and adaptable Sales Support Associate to join our team in Watford City, ND. This is a new hybrid role supporting both warehouse operations and inside sales/office functions, with potential to grow into account management or sales.
You'll be assisting in the warehouse with documentation, material verification, and system support, as well as performing office-based sales support tasks such as data entry, order processing, and customer communication. This is an on-site, contract-to-hire opportunity with room for career development.
Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day sales operations, both administratively and in the warehouse

Perform accurate data entry using Oracle (ERP system), including:

Sales orders, purchase orders, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and MTRs (Material Trace Records)

Work with warehouse staff to verify product codes and match paperwork before outgoing shipments

Help maintain accurate customer records and assist with quotes and direct shipments

Provide customer support by phone and email

Support competitive analysis and assist with reports and office tasks (filing, supply orders, etc.)

Ensure compliance with company safety policies and business ethics

Maintain a high level of organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail

Assist in future account management and inside sales functions
Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
-
At least 2 years of office or administrative experience

Ability to work in both warehouse and office environments

Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle (a plus)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Willingness to work scheduled or unscheduled overtime as needed

Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
Working Conditions
This is a 100% on-site role, involving time spent in both warehouse and office settings.
