What's a typical day as a Office Assistant?
  • An Office Assistant scanning documents is responsible for converting physical documents into digital format, ensuring accuracy and proper organization of electronic files. This role involves operating scanning equipment, verifying scanned data, and maintaining both physical and digital filing systems. Additional responsibilities may include data entry, general clerical support, and assisting with other office tasks as needed. 
  • Works cohesively with all functional organizations (at all levels) to deliver expected results consistently.
  • Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
You may be a good fit for this position if you have the following:
  • 1-2 years' experience in related field
  • Manufacturing experience strongly preferred, but not required
  • Effective organization, time management, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
